Next 18 February to the hours 10,30 in Centro Convegni "Maps" of Rome will hold a convention on the topic "the future of the Italian ports. Job and enterprises to the center of the organized reform" from the National Association Companies Harbour Enterprises (ANCIP).

The association has remembered that "the minister of the Economic Development has managed a rough draft of bill that, in the current drawing up - he has emphasized the ANCIP - you would preview unacceptable, dangerous measures for the enterprises that they operate in the harmful ports and for safety of the goods, the workers and the safeguard of the human life in sea. Conflicting measures also regarding governmental announcements to increase the levels of security of the frontiers after the tragic events of Paris. On one side - it has found the association - norms are invoked for competition and from the other the monopolistic positions of some terminalisti consolidate, cancel the enterprises of supply of temporary harbour job (art.17 of law 84/94 - beyond 2.000 harbour ones), the national contract of job of the harbour workers and every caution and norm to protection of safety of the workers who operate in the ports. I attack - it has denounced the ANCIP - to all the enterprises that operate in the ports (with the abolition of codicil 7 of art. the 16) and the emptying of the authorization and control tasks, to development of the harbour operations and the harbour enterprises, the Harbour Authorities and the Marine Authorities (General Command of the Harbour offices). I unprecedented attack also to the technical-nautical services (pilots, ormeggiatori, boen and tugs), to which the rates with the method of the price-CAP would be wanted even to be imposed, when it is demonstrated that, regarding those current ones, such method of calculation involve exorbitant costs for the shipowners".

Taking note positively of the fact that the minister of Infrastructures and the Transports, Maurizio Lupi, concluding monday the reunion of "States general of the ports and the logistics", he has emphasized as he cannot be that its Ministry to integrally manage the distance of the reform, the ANCIP has observed as, however, the contents of the same reform, on the issues of the job and the rules for the nautical enterprises and services technical, join completely "indeterminate and - it has specified the association - they are not for nothing dispelled the doubts about the possibility that pure ideological faces to the total prevail guidelines deregulation".

The ANCIP, in order to formulate own proposals and to widen the debate on the opened issues, has explained to have organized therefore a unitary initiative, with the participation of the associations of the marine cluster and the labor organizations of the workers, so that such designs come definitively cancelled and it can be continued in the approval of the bills to the examination of the Parliament and be already defined the contents of the provisions of which to art. the 29 of "It unblocks Italy".
